FEEDBACK ON PRO-ELT UPSKILLING COURSE.

        I, VEKRAM S/O KRISHNAN from Pulau Sebang Secondary School, Malacca would like to share my comments and feedback on the Pro-Elt Upskilling course which I attended at Teacher Resourcea Centre (PKG) Ganun , Alor Gajah, Malacca in 2013. I was extremely happy to be part of the programme  and  enjoyed myself  during the  course. I  have upgraded my knowledge on the English Language Teaching and Learning process. I have also  enhanced my proficiency level to a higher standard. 

        Besides, I  have learnt new  methods and modern technology  to make my lessons more interesting  in my Teaching and Learning process. Apart from that, I  have succeeded in  motivating my students to enhance their proficiency level in the English Language. After attending this course , I have started conducting  my lessons differently, that is by moving away from the mundane classroom routines and adding fun and variety to my teaching. 

        I personally think, this is be possible because of the Pro-Elt Upskilling course. I am very grateful to my respective trainer GLANDA THOMAS , MR. JUSTIN MILLER and PAULINE,  the  knowledgeable, distinguished, excellent and outstanding lecturers who guided me through the Elt-Pro Upskilling course. In conclusion, I would like to add that I have  achieved a great deal of knowledge and this  has built my confidence in carrying out the Teaching and Learning Process. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all my respective lecturers especially GLANDA THOMAS, MR. JUSTIN MILLER, PAULINE and also to my MODERATOR MADAM NINO for providing quality and holistic education to Malacca trainees.
